"Straight to the Bank" is the first single from 50 Cent's new album Curtis.[1] It is produced by Ty Fyffe and Dr. Dre.[2] Tony Yayo contributes a laughing effect in the hook.

After 6 days being leaked on the internet it debuted #48 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop songs and peaked on 30th.[3] [4] It debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at number 32 in the week of May 26, 2007.[5]

50 Cent performed the song live for the first time at the highly touted WBC Super Welterweight Championship fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Oscar De La Hoya on May 5, 2007 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada while leading Mayweather's entourage into the ring.

The music video was released on May 16th on GunitWorld.com but was released on May 17 on MTV, after the "Amusement Park" video, which was released on May 16th. See the "Straight to the Bank" video here: [1].

At its highest, "Straight to the Bank" hit number 3 on the iTunes single 'chart'; however, due to the Curtis album being delayed, the song has been removed from the iTunes library.
